Knights in Action
Council 898 and Assembly 558, Vicksburg, helped the families and children at the Lifting Lives Family Shelter through the "Coats For Kids" program. The Shelter posted on social media "The new coats will keep the kids warm and put smiles their faces! Jeff Eckstein, Conrad Rabalais, and John Moore of the Knights of Columbus were excited to deliver the coats to Lifting Lives Executive Director, Joel Dimmette. In December, St Joseph Council 6765, Starkville, raised over $3,000 at a Trivia Night. Knight Ben Bachman recently presented a donation from the proceeds to the Starkville Pregnancy Center.
Msgr P.J. Carey Council 1605, Lucedale, GK Jerry Bishop, accompanied by Deacon Eric Denmark, and Father Greg had the Honor of awarding the KofC Council 1605 November Family of the Month to the Boyd and Cathie DeRise Family. Congratulations to a Very Deserving Family!
